Abstract
The goal of this paper is to present a system that provides a friendly interface to manage a broad variety of image modalities and simulation output, in order to facilitate the decision process in endovascular surgery. The challenge is three folds: medical data and simulation are not all in a standardized format. The amount of data generated by medical imaging and image base computational fluid dynamic is huge. The end user of the system should be ideally a surgeon who has neither the time nor the taste to deal with a complex data system. Our system will assist surgeons in executive decision making. This paper presents our first attempt to build a system that addresses these challenges.
