Abstract

A good result from parotid surgery commonly leaves a visible scar in the neck from the modified Blair incision and a soft-tissue defect at the resection site. We have used the facelift incision to better camouflage the scars and have reconstructed the surgical defect using allograft dermis implants. Used in combination, these techniques provide improved esthetic outcomes.
