Abstract

Teratomas of the omentum are extremely rare and all cases reported in the literature have been mature teratomas. A case of immature teratoma of the greater omentum in a 22-year-old woman is reported. The patient remains free of disease 6 1/2 years after surgical resection of the tumor followed by radiotherapy and chemotherapy.
