Abstract

The condensation of 4-amino-5-mercapto-3-(5-methylisoxazol-3-yl)-1.2,4-triazole with chloroacetaldehyde, 2-bromocyclohexanone, chloranil, ω-bromo-ω(1H-1,2,4-triazol-1-yl)acetophenone. 2-bromo-4′-substituted acetophenones and 2-bromo-6′-methoxy-2′-acetonaphthone was described. The antibacterial activities of the resulted products were also evaluated.
