Synchronous endometrial and ovarian cancer in young woman taking oral contraception

Abstract

Oral contraceptives have been reported to confer protective effect against tendometrial and ovarian carcinoma. An uncommon presentation of concomitant endometrial and ovarian cancer in a young patient using oral contraception is reported.
