Abstract
In order to find out which compounds to include in the analytical protocol in the Swedish Dioxin Survey, available co-planar polychlorinated biphenyl (pPCB) and naphthalene (PCN) congeners have been tested in two enzyme induction assays. The results show that the polychlorinated naphthalenes seems to be about as active as enzyme inducers as certain coplanar PCBs.
