Abstract

An RHM suture provides superior eversion and is an excellent technique for cosmetically sensitive areas. Our technique is a variation that incorporates one to two simple running sutures after every 4 runs of horizontal mattress sutures. Furthermore, we emphasize the need to avoid tying the suture or knots too tightly.
