Abstract
The presence of testicular 6α‐ and 6β‐hydroxylases has been shown by the isolation of 6α‐ and 6β‐hydroxytestosterone after incubations of testosterone with testicular preparations of adult rats. The steroids were isolated by thin‐layer chromatography and identified by gas chromatography‐mass spectrometry.
