Structure and conformation of the plasma apolipoproteins

Abstract

The plasma lipoproteins can be classified into (1) the soluble apolipoproteins, (2) apoD and (3) the apoB's. Each of these groups is discussed in the light of what is currently understood about their evolutionary origins and structure/function in the transport of plasma lipids.
