Abstract

This article has been retracted: please see Elsevier Policy on Article Withdrawal (https://www.elsevier.com/locate/withdrawalpolicy). This article has been retracted at the request of the Editors-in-Chief due to concerns regarding image manipulation. Several of the photographs represented in Figs. 4–6 are identical, except that some of the duplicate images were rotated or zoomed in. The authors have discussed the concerns and do not refute the allegations. The Editors-in-Chief no longer have confidence in this article and decided to retract it.
