Abstract
Temporal arteritis commonly affects the eyes. We report a patient with an unusual ocular presentation consisting of engorged retinal veins and scattered retinal hemorrhages. The history of headaches and this ischemic retinopathy prompted a repeat temporal artery biopsy to confirm the diagnosis.
