Abstract
This chapter presents the clinical, radiologic, and pathologic features of hypersensitivity pneumonitis, sarcoidosis, lymphangioleiomyomatosis, pulmonary alveolar proteinosis, acute eosinophilic pneumonia, chronic eosinophilic pneumonia, Langerhans cell histiocytosis, and other bronchiolocentric patterns of interstitial lung disease, with updated information concerning the molecular genetics, etiology, pathogenesis, prognosis, and therapy of these disorders.
