Abstract
A discussion on the design criteria and construction of non-coherent space-time constellations was presented. A 16 point real constellation was obtained for coherence interval T = 2 and SNR = 10 dB which was a two level constellation with 4 points on the inner circle and 12 points on the outer circle. The comparison of frame error rate of 16 point real constellations was also done.
