Abstract
A method for particle field holography is demonstrated using in-line illumination and a Fourier transform lens for off-axis recording and reconstruction. The method involves manipulation of the in-line illumination and scattering wave and the use of hologram itself as a high-pass filter. The advantage of the method is the efficient use of the particle forward scattering while maintaining high imaging quality.
