Abstract
The authors described a laborious procedure for the control of a stubborn disease that impairs the health of 45 million Americans. It requires a strenuous effort by the patient. It requires more than a quick weight loss clinic. It requires physicians and paramedical personnel who are skilled and devoted and want to help these patients.
