Abstract
The NR4A subfamily includes three members, Nur77, Nurr1, and NOR-1, which belong to orphan nuclear receptor superfamily. These factors play essential roles in cell proliferation, growth, differentiation, and apoptosis. Furthermore, these factors are related with several human diseases such as Parkinson's disease and vascular disease. In this article, we will review the structure and functions of these factors as well as its relationship with disease.
