Abstract
We report a case of acute myeloid leukaemia presenting as a mammographicaly detected breast lump. Successful treatment of her leukaemia resulted in complete resolution of the breast lesion. One year after initial diagnosis she was noted to have a recurrence of the breast lesion at the same site. She underwent wide local surgical excision and histology confirmed primary mucinous adenocarcinoma of the breast.
