Abstract

Construction of transcriptional regulatory networks using microarray techniques is a prevalent method in cancer research. In this article, we reviewed the existing approaches of constructing gene regulatory subnetworks and then presented our own approaches based on a multinomial probit model and a Monte Carlo approach.
