Abstract

This study summarizes a two decade experience with ITx at a single institution. It represents one of the largest such reports on the subject. Results indicate that a significant improvement in outcome has occurred since 2000. This improvement relates to center experience, induction immunotherapy, surgical techniques along with the reduction in CMV and EBV disease. Further advancements will require more focused analyses on outcomes after ITx.
