Abstract
Indium-111 leukocytes are useful in localizing infection and abscess with excellent sensitivity and specificity. In this case report, heterologous Indium-111 leukocytes provided the same diagnostic information as autologous leukocytes without adverse effects to the patient. A potential application of donor Indium-111 leukocytes in the nonleukopenic patient is discussed.
