DNA ploidy status as been found to be of significant prognostic value in the assessment of many malignancies. It has been applied to assess prognosis in central nervous system neoplasms, particularly those of glial origin with related aneuploidy and malignancy. However, this assessment in meningiomas has been variable, particularly in those that have recurred. We present a case of recurrent meningioma analyzed by flow cytometry and image analysis.
