Diuretic renography in late occurrence of hematoma after renal transplantation

Abstract

Postoperative hematomas after renal transplantation usually occur days or weeks after surgery. The authors report a case of hematoma presenting approximately 2.5 years posttransplantation. Computed tomography scans as well as diuretic radionuclide renography were used to assess renal status and function.
