Abstract
Autoradiography of 2,3,7,8-tetrachloro [14C] dibenzo-p-dioxin in three strains of mice showed a marked uptake and long-time retention of radioactivity in the nasal mucosa and the liver. Similar results were obtained in late gestational fetuses, although the placental passage was limited.
