Abstract

An improved injection system, having both radiopacity and color, based on an emulsified solution of lead oxide, mineral oil, Triton X-100, and Tris buffer, has been developed and demonstrated in rats to possess superior qualities of injectability and to allow easy visualization of vascular elements to microscopic vessels in radiography and color and black-and-white photography.
