Abstract

Adenocarminoma of the rete testis is diagnosed rarely. We describe the clinical and pathologic findings in a forty-seven-year-old man with this unusual tumor. Treatment modalities are reviewed emphasizing the role of radical orchiectomy and retroperitoneal lymph node dissection.
