Abstract

We report on a 28 year-old woman with congenital ventricle-septum defect and Eisenmenger-reaction who developed acute GvHD on 10(th) postoperative day after successful heart lung transplantation. The patient died on the 34(th) postoperative day of dissociated brain death after intracerebral bleeding.
