N2 - We report the case of a 23-year-old female patient with recurrent episodes of chest and back pain. A cardiac mass of uncertain etiology was discovered and she was referred to our multidisciplinary cardiac tumor team. Pathologic analysis from the surgical specimen confirmed this mass was a giant aneurysm of the left anterior descending artery.
