Abstract

Percutaneous treatment options for high-risk patients with severe, symptomatic aortic regurgitation are currently limited to investigational devices. The J-Valve (JC Medical, Inc) demonstrates promising results in patients with challenging anatomies. We present 2 cases of successful transcatheter aortic valve replacement using the J-Valve in patients with significant aortic angulation.
