Dr. Y. Vincent Wang, DO, joined Houston Methodist Hospital in October 2024. He is core faculty of curriculum for the Critical Care Fellowship Program and works as an intensivist in the CVICU and the CICU. In addition to being Assistant Professor of Clinical Anesthesiology and Critical Care at the Houston Methodist Academic Institute, he is also Adjunct Assistant Clinical Professor at Texas A&M College of Medicine. He works in depth with medical students, residents, and fellows both in formal didactics and workshops, as well as at the bedside in the ICUs. He is board certified in internal medicine, pulmonary medicine, and critical care medicine. 

Research interests

Dr. Wang's focus is on medical education and simulation, as well as hemodynamics/shock and pulmonary vascular disease.
