Quantitative pharmaceutical scientist with expertise in mathematical modeling of complex biological systems and quantitative pharmacology. Dr. Dogra pursues interdisciplinary research focused on multiscale, mechanistic modeling of disease progression, integrated with pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic modeling of drugs, to unravel the challenges associated with drug delivery and therapeutic efficacy. Through data-driven mathematical modeling and simulation, his work supports the development of new drugs and novel drug delivery systems, and allows for an improved understanding of disease pathophysiology, identification of biomarkers for early diagnosis, and evaluation of treatment outcome. His areas of interest include cancer and infectious diseases, with special emphasis on supporting the preclinical development and clinical translation of nanomedicine and other novel systems for drug and vaccine delivery.
