Dr. Hannah L. Combs is a Clinical Neuropsychologist at Houston Methodist Sugar Land Neurology Associates. She holds appointments as Assistant Professor of Clinical Neurology in the Stanley H. Appel Department of Neurology of the Houston Methodist Academic Institute, Assistant Clinical Member of the Houston Methodist Research Institute, and Assistant Professor of Neuropsychology in Clinical Neurology through Weill Cornell Medical College. 

Dr. Combs obtained her Master of Science and Ph.D in Clinical Psychology from the University of Kentucky, specializing in clinical neuropsychology. She completed her clinical internship at the Michael E. DeBakey Veterans Affairs Medical Center, followed by a 2-year postdoctoral fellowship in adult neuropsychology within the Department of Neurology at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, TX. Her research interests involve understanding cognitive decline in Parkinson's disease and effects of deep brain stimulation on non-motor symptoms of Parkinson's Disease and other movement disorderes. Dr. Combs is the author of numerous peer-reviewed journal articles and book chapters and has presented her work at multiple national and international conferences. She is also active in multiple professional organizations and serves on the Medical Advisory Board for the Houston Area Parkinson Society and on the Board of the Houston Neuropsychological Society.
