Dr. Farhaan S. Vahidy serves as Adjunct Professor of Neurosurgery at Houston Methodist, and collaborates in the development of learning healthcare systems models utilizing artificial intelligence and machine learning for rapid integration of scientifically robust evidence into healthcare practice. He has expertise in outcomes research applied to stroke and cerebrovascular disease.
Dr. Vahidy was previously an Associate Professor of Neurology at the McGovern Medical School at UT Health Houston. At UTH, he directed the Data Management and Analysis Core and the Division of Population Health and Health Services Research for UTHealth's Institute for Stroke and Cerebrovascular Diseases.
