Dr. Wininger received his undergraduate degree from UCLA and medical degree from Indiana University School of Medicine. He completed his residency in orthopaedic surgery at Houston Methodist Hospital, where he saw firsthand the advanced medical care provided in the Texas Medical Center. He then completed a fellowship in adult reconstructive surgery at Mayo Clinic Hospital in Phoenix, Arizona. Throughout his training, he has been dedicated to clinical research and improving patient outcomes in orthopaedic surgery.
