Dr. Robbins received his PhD in Biomedical Engineering with a focus on Biomechanics in 2018, and his bachelors degree in Biomedical Engineering in 2013, graduating summa cum laude with University and Foundation Honors and minors in Mathematics and Electrical Engineering.
Dr. Robbins is faculty in the ENMED program, an innovative medical school program producing doctors with engineering degrees who become medical innovators and tech leaders. ENMED is a collaboration between Texas A&M and Houston Methodist Hospital.
Dr. Robbins' research interests include experimental and analytical tools for the mechanical analysis of tissue engineered grafts, orthopedic devices, and biomechanics. He has taught courses in orthopedic biomechanics, mechanical measurements, and technical writing.
